重慶郵電大學移通學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計

　　摘要

　　創(chuàng)業(yè)是金融危機背景下促進我國大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的重要途徑。我國大學生“知識失業(yè)”始于本世紀初, 且發(fā)展為日益緊迫的經(jīng)濟和社會問題。在當前國際金融危機的影響下, 國內(nèi)總體經(jīng)濟形勢下滑, 使大學生就業(yè)形勢更加嚴峻。造成大學生“知識失業(yè)”的原因是多方面的。從創(chuàng)業(yè)的角度看, 其中之一就是長期以來我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境極不善,直接影響了大學畢業(yè)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)與就業(yè)。金融危機以來, 中央、地方相關(guān)政府部門相繼出臺了一系列政策, 力圖通過改善創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境促進大學生創(chuàng)業(yè), 這表明扶持大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)在當前經(jīng)濟形勢下對于開拓就業(yè)渠道、緩解就業(yè)壓力具有更為重要的意義。
