　　大概就是這些 主要考察大家的business sense 對(duì)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的了解，以及行業(yè)內(nèi)的情況，還有就是對(duì)這家公司的了解，對(duì)他們的優(yōu)勢(shì)，產(chǎn)品，戰(zhàn)略要有所準(zhǔn)備。

　　另外就是一些competency-based的問(wèn)題，例子只要充分就好了， 她會(huì)不停地追問(wèn)你的情況。
