七個步驟寫好求職信
第一步：介紹消息來源
介紹消息來源實際上是求職信的開篇交待句，它可使求職信顯得自然、順暢;而不介紹消息來源，會使收信人感到意外、突然，文章也缺乏過渡、照應。
第二步：表明求職心愿
介紹完消息來源后，應向收信人表明自己的求職心愿，即寫信的目的，
第三步：介紹個人簡歷
某單位需要新人，求職人也有求職心愿，但這并不意味著這項工作非你莫屬。如果你沒有干好這項工作的經歷、實力，也是難以適應的。因此，介紹個人簡歷是必不可少的。
第四步：擺出求職優(yōu)勢
僅有一定的工作經歷而沒有自身的優(yōu)勢和特長，也很難求得稱心如意的工作。因此，求職時應表明自己除了具有一定的工作經歷之外，還具有一定的優(yōu)勢和特長，這樣才能穩(wěn)操勝券。
第五步：提出獲職打算
豐富的工作經驗，一定的優(yōu)勢和特長，只能代表過去和現(xiàn)在的情況，如果獲職后自以為心愿已了，從此高枕無憂，馬虎從事，那也是得不到用人單位認可的。顯然表明獲職后努力工作的決心是感動用人單位的領導從而順利謀得此項工作的重要一環(huán)。
第六步：請求答復聯(lián)系
如果單位領導同意了你的求職要求，你必然要請他和你聯(lián)系，以便你及時做好準備，到用人單位應聘或報到。為準確起見，請求答復聯(lián)系時你還應當提供你的通訊地址、郵政編碼、電話號碼、電子信箱等。
第七步：表明感激之情
無論你的請求是否能夠得到滿意的答復，你給用人單位寫信就是給對方添了麻煩，因此你應向對方表明感激之情。
