我國房地產(chǎn)市場的問題與對策研究
 
摘  要: 中國的房地產(chǎn)市場在快速發(fā)展過程中，整個房地產(chǎn)市場出現(xiàn)了結構性矛盾突出、投資失衡、房價過高、開發(fā)商行為不規(guī)范、中介機構失效和監(jiān)管失控等問題。首先本文詳細的分析了上述問題，隨后有針對性地提出政策建議。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Real Estate Market in China
 
Abstract: In the course of development of estate in China, always is constitutive a series of problems ineluceing the stewtiwe conflict, imbalance of investment，high price，and unlawful action of the developers，defunct-ion of estate media forms ，and lose control of the government. The paper first analysis the problem in estate market, then gives some countermeasures to how to solve these problems.
