我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)融資面臨的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策
摘 要：我國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)業(yè)作為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有重要地位。然而長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，由于受到財(cái)政體制、金融供給體制、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資體制和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體制的影響和制約，我國(guó)“3農(nóng)”資金日趨缺乏，農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)10分薄弱，已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)乃至整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此，只有加大財(cái)政投入，改革金融體制，大力引進(jìn)外資，調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)融資，農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展才能得到根本保障。

Agricultural Financing Problems and Its

Abstract: China is a big agricultural country, agriculture as its pillar industries in the national economy plays an important role. But for a long time, the financial system, the financial system supply, agricultural industries and agricultural investment system operating system constraints and the impact of Chinas "three agricultural " growing lack of funds, very bad agricultural foundation, has hampered not only Chinas agriculture, seriously, but also the entire national economic development. Therefore, we must increase financial input, reform the financial system introduce foreign capital vigorously, adjust the industrial structure of agriculture, and promote agricultural financing, so that the development of agriculture can be protected.
