論我國(guó)的陪審制度
摘 要
陪審制度具有有利于司法民主、司法公正、公開、廉潔,有利于彌補(bǔ)法官知識(shí)不足等價(jià)值,因此我國(guó)仍應(yīng)保留這項(xiàng)制度,并且應(yīng)在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)該項(xiàng)制度進(jìn)行完善。文章主要分析陪審制度的作用及存在的必要性,探討了我國(guó)陪審制度的現(xiàn)狀與缺陷,提出若干關(guān)于我國(guó)陪審制度改革完善的設(shè)想。

Abstract
An important content that the administration of justice has reformed at present already of jury system.It means that the national judicial organ absorbs a non-professional judge as the judge while trying the case,try a kind of judicial system of the case together with professional judge or judge,it is the important way to realize judicial democracy.The article is from the historical evdation of the jury system of our country and comparison of the current situation mainly,aralyse that introduce the function .
